Arkansas signs satellite broadband agreement with Amazon, first in nation to do so (opens in new tab)

Arkansas State Broadband Office has partnered with Amazon to use low-Earth orbit satellite technology to bring high-speed internet service to over 1,700 locations in the state, making it the first state to execute such an agreement with Amazon.
