Pensacola Mayoral candidate Ann Hill posts City Council footage: "Jacob Rockwell told City Council he received a red-light camera ticket while he was out of town. His concern goes beyond one citation. He argues these cameras shift the burden from the government proving guilt to citizens proving their innocence—a serious due process concern. A Florida judge recently ruled the state's red-light camera law unconstitutional on similar grounds, though the ruling is expected to be appealed."
