Mariners Place J.P. Crawford On 10-Day IL With Right Hand Contusion (opens in new tab)

The Mariners have placed shortstop J.P. Crawford on the 10-day injured list, three days after a hit-by-pitch forced him from the game. They’re calling the injury a right hand contusion. In Crawford’s place, Seattle has recalled infielder Ryan Bliss from Triple-A Tacoma. More to come…
