Arc sprayed Zn15Al coatings with different spraying parameters: arc current and spraying distance were investigated. The corrosion behavior of the coatings was studied using an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cyclic corrosion testing (CCT-4), and coastal railway exposure test.
