A deadly Dallas explosion left families with nothing and Oak Cliff showed up to help (opens in new tab)

A steady stream of people brought food, clothes and other donations to Mission Oak Cliff on Friday to help nearly two dozen families who lost everything in Thursday’s deadly explosion. Volunteers said the outpouring showed the heart of Oak Cliff — neighbors helping neighbors in a time of need.
