Donald Trump used to fire up his base with pledges of Regime Change in Iran and other places that were hostile to the U.S.. and he patted himself on the back a lot about causing an arguable one in Venezuela. And now I see him in a press conference saying, "I don't belief in Regime Changes. They never work." This is not a man who's learned from experience. It's a man who has no idea what he's saying.
