April showers brought silk flowers to the annual Easter Parade and Bonnet Festival in New York City on Sunday. The overcast skies couldn’t keep this year’s celebration at bay. New Yorkers promenaded along Fifth Avenue in Manhattan in an impressive array of colorful ensembles and themed hats — some professionally made by milliners, others the work of the crafty and creative DIY crowd.
