NY weather: Winter storm warning affecting part of New York until Saturday midday – possibly 9 inches of snow (opens in new tab)

The National Weather Service released a winter storm warning at 1:12 a.m. on Friday valid from 1 p.m. until Saturday noon for Cortland, Chenango, Otsego and Broome counties.
