Princeton Memory introduced the PHD-ISM2G4DG, a mainstream M.2 NVMe Gen 4 SSD. The drive comes in 512 GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB capacities, and is based on a Phison E27T series DRAMless controller, which it surprisingly pairs with 3D TLC NAND flash memory.
