Vancouver psychedelic cumbia and salsa outfit Empanadas Ilegales have announced their fourth album, LABORATORIO TROPICAL, set for release on 28 August via Toronto label We Are Time. The news arrives alongside lead single “Elbis Cresli (La Cajita Feliz de)”.
