Yakima Valley College will host its year seven comprehensive accreditation visit October 7 – 9, 2026. YVC is currently accredited through the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU). NWCCU is an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
