Sometimes you have to do extreme to achieve extreme\. For example my goal is to lose a very large amount of fat in a very short period of time so my choice of content is watching people do something similar\. I just saw someone say they lost 7kg in 2 weeks walking 40k steps a day so it’s currently 11pm and I’m outside walking and typing this loool\. So yeah sometimes you got to do extreme stuff to achieve your extreme goals\. I’ll let you know hope it goes :\)
