Immutability by default (opens in new tab)

I’m always wondering when I should jump in and start writing Zig instead of C++ for my personal projects or work tooling. Reading this thread will delay that another year at least : or until 1.0 if sooner. My brain just can’t cope with the thought of something this fundamental changing my core understand or, needing a wholesale change to my code.
