Demo Acaia
Experience hands-on demos of our products including the latest Orbit colorway and burr options, Orion Nano, Ion Beam, and more. Our team is also present to introduce you to our essential scales like the Pearl, Pearl Model S, and Lunar!
We’ll also have fun swag with us in Houston, from cat patches to stickers, totes, and more!
Purchase at the Booth
Attendees will be able to purchase our products at the booth! We will have limited stock of the Lunar in Black, Space Gray, and Beige White, as well as the Pearl series available in Black and White. You can also buy your own set of our recently released Double-Insulated Cups (Spout and Unspouted). Drop by the booth to find out more. All sales are first come, first served.
A Brand New Product
If you’ve been following our social media, you may have noticed we’ve been teasing an upcoming addition to our lineup. We’ll have this mysterious product to demo and purchase, so ensure to visit the booth to be one of the first in the world to try it out.

US Customer Support and Marketing
Our US team is attending the show, so we ask that you be patient with our repair and online support service. They will be away from Tuesday, April 22 to Wednesday, April 30. Questions will be responded to as quickly as possible. Repairs in the Portland office will not be done during this time. US service hours will resume on Thursday, May 1.
Our marketing team is also traveling for the Expo, so our replies may be delayed during the event schedule. If you have a query from April 22 - May 1, contact our international team at support@acaia.co.

WOC Jakarta, May 15-17
Join us at the first World of Coffee event in a coffee-producing country! Taking place May 15-17, team Acaia is joining our reseller Otten Coffee at this year’s festival in Jakarta, Indonesia. Meet our team members and see a range of our products at booth #AS319. Demo the Orbit, Orion Nano, Pearl, Lunar, an upcoming mystery product, and more!
Weigh-To-Brew Workshop
In addition to our WOC Jakarta booth in partnership with Otten Coffee, we will host a Weigh-To-Brew workshops. They will be hosted in the WOC Cupping Room on May 15 (Thursday) from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This are limited-capacity events.
The workshops will share insights into the importance of industrial weighing in coffee brewing and the Acaia weighing technology with attendees. If you would like to attend this exclusive interactive session, we will post a signup form on our social media soon!
WOC Geneva, June 26-28
Acaia is heading to Switzerland for this year’s European version of World of Coffee! Find our team and brand-new products at the Geneva edition, June 26 to 28, at booth #1253. This year, some of our industry partners will join us in the booth to showcase a wide range of coffee equipment. Make sure to drop by to see Acaia technology in action!
