The Pyxis Black is now launched across our US, EU, and Japan webshops. It’s time to experience a new era of intuition and precision. This is our most advanced scale yet, designed to assist those who push the boundaries of coffee.

With 0.001 gram readability and customizable modes, we view it as our companion for brewers who take the craft and science seriously. Wherever they may go. Track your journey through coffee by saving every brew, including total consumption and average flow-rate, after each extraction. You can then reference your Brew History at any time through the settings menu.

Pyxis Black x Leaves Coffee

In additional product news, we are honored to announce our upcoming collaboration with Leaves Coffee. Leaves Coffee is a world-famous cafe and roastery based in the city of Tokyo, Japan. Through coffee, they aim to deliver extraordinary experiences in everyday life.

Earlier this year, our team worked with the founder, Yasuo Ishii, to build a unique setup for his national Brewers Cup routine. An integral part of this system was the accuracy and speed of the Pyxis Black. Yasuo achieved the highest score in the Open Service round and took the place of first runner-up.

To commemorate our shared values and work together, we plan to release an exclusive run of the Pyxis Black x Leaves Coffee scale. It will have the same functions as our global release of the scale, with soon-to-be-announced additions. This product will be a limited edition release.
