Spark has launched a cross-platform AI assistant, now available for all users on Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android. This assistant scans emails, attachments, calendars, and meeting notes to surface important details, synthesize information, and recommend relevant actions.
Building on Spark’s core features for organization and prioritization, the AI assistant introduces a conversational interface. Users can now search, manage, and organize their inbox by simply interacting with the assistant. Email composition is also improved: the AI adapts to user preferences in tone and style, providing writing suggestions and support for crafting messages.
Following these upgrades, search functionality gains natural language processing. Users can query their unified inbox across accounts including Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, and IMAP without relying on manual keywords or folders. In addition, the assistant helps identify action items, task owners, and deadlines within conversations.
For scheduling and organization, the AI can show daily priorities, list deadlines, check colleagues’ meeting availability, and allow users to schedule or update events directly. The AI assistant is part of all Spark plans, free and paid, with some usage limitations based on plan type.
