From the pen of Vince Gilligan (X-Files, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul) comes a sci-fi that hits close to home for everyone that has ever used ChatGPT or any other generative AI chatbot. While it was not intentional, as the show was in the making well before generative AI became a thing, one cannot shake the feeling that the omniscient, sycophantic and always positive humanity in the series bare similarities to the chatbots used by many in their everyday lives.
