Oho back again

The homelab stuff is going well. I took a break from K3S stuff and started with the exit node and having some auth (along with some more OpenTofu stuff1). Have mostly been testing out apps that I want to include in my "homestack".2 Found some interesting ones. The current struggle is doing some special things with the auth node (yes, it has its own node, don’t ask). This will be painful

I’ve decided to move all my repos into a few parent ones because otherwise things are just too messy and I waste too much space AND it’s a pain to check all of them out. So now I have 5 plus the 2/3 public ones I keep around
Had the need to make some Mermaid diagrams and I wanted to do it with Sublime Text. It’s less than ideal, so I made a PR for the main Mermaid plugin to make it much closer to ideal. Still waiting on review for that...
I have some more coding ideas but starting them is a lot
I am very nearly ready for the main PC wipe. Just still stuck between choosing DEs...

I gave up with Arc Raiders. I just have no reason to play it. I also got blocked with the expeditions and never being able to find some component
Idle games are pulling me back. Been enjoying Lootun, although I wish it was a little more idle than it is

‘sadness’ finally released ‘midnight june room’ after it being on his patreon for like 2 years on and off, this worked well because...
There was a bandcamp friday! I picked up 4 things: shimmer by sadness, Barbelith,Trha split, SPECTER by SPXRXT, and Datalysium by The Zenith Passage
‘SPECTER’ was a bit of an impulse since I a) only heard it that morning, and b) it’s wayyy out of my wheelhouse but it’s really good

But JingleJam is happening! I’m not so into it this year, but there’s always things to watching from it. Trains, Civ5, "Simon’s Important Videos" are the usuals for me
I like most of Noodle’s videos but especially when he talks about art stuff. This one about pixel art in the CRT era was a little enlightening

I find out this coming week of my fate
But also I’ve had some really hefty and focus-inducing chunks of work, so that’s been quite nice
I am planning on taking a cheeky day off in the middle of the week to get some things done (plus I need to use this day otherwise it’s gone)

Back continues. Weight is still the same. Something odd has happened that I can’t quite figure out. It’s probably just my body telling me to exercise

I need to start thinking about my year end post. That’ll be interesting (especially depending on the next week...)
