Infrastructure & Release Engineering
The purpose of this team is to take care of day to day business regarding CentOS and Fedora Infrastructure and Fedora release engineering work. Fedora Infra
- Continue to work on timeout issue. Networking has some ideas for after f43 release.
- Request: datanommer2 readonly password
- Seems like F42 infra repo is stuck
- el10-test created and added to maintainer_test etc.
- Revise other Fedora-CI RabbitMQ queues
- Cannot expire F43 bodhi buildroot overrides
- Need to delete user account in FAS that has been already deleted in Discourse (discussion.fedoraproject.org) due to violations (spam, AI, etc.)
CentOS Infra including CentOS CI
- migrate MQTT tracker to different host
- Add macvtap support for our kvm-host role
- Review/adapt TLS ciphers
- Duffy provided machines are not reachable due to missing DNS entries
- Implement and test ipv6 native connectivity in RDU3
- Upgrade our monitoring stack from Zabbix 6.0.x LTS to 7.0.x LTS
- Redirect connect.centos.org
- Modify DNS resolvers/rules for AWS Duffy/OCP VPCs
- migrate zabbix CI proxy to AWS
- Add monitoring of GitLab access tokens to Zabbix
Release Engineering
- python-jupyter-cache build stuck in f44-updates-candidate
- Retired package rust-jiter0.10 not blocked in Rawhide
- Orphan 9 F43FTBFS packages
- Unblock CGSI-gSOAP (epel10.1 and epel10.2)
- Please sign the Fedora-IoT-43-20251024.0 compose to be used for Fedora IoT 43 Final
- add Fedora-ELN-GNOME-Live and Fedora-ELN-KDE-Live to eln tag
- please untag several builds from rawhide
- Unretire CGSI-gSOAP (epel10 and epel10.0)
- monodevelop-debugger-gdb needs to get retired from f43, please block on koji
- Create Fedora 43 Final candidates
- F43 stable push requests
- F43 system-wide change: RPM 6.0
