This past week I went on a sailing trip along the Amalfi Coast. It was a lot of fun and I enjoyed learning the basics of sailing. We started in Agropoli, made stops in Positano and Amalfi, and sailed around Capri. On Ischia, we rented some scooters and explored the island. By chance, we arrived during the island’s biggest religious festival.

I also spent time in Naples and visited the ruins of Pompeii. And of course, I ate a lot of pizza. It was an amazing week with impressive nature, pretty coastal towns, great food, good company, plenty of swimming, learning, and a dose of culture.
