This paper proposes a novel system leveraging virtual reality (VR), wearable sensors, and adaptive haptic feedback to drastically improve pilot training effectiveness. We introduce a closed-loop system that dynamically adjusts VR simulation parameters based on real-time biometric and performance data, leading to faster skill acquisition and reduced training costs. This approach provides a significantly improved training experience compared to traditional flight simulators by personalized sensory engagement and providing sensitive feedback to reflect subtle performance variations, ultimately resulting in noticeably more skillful and insightful pilots.
