Coordinating multiple AI coding agents is chaos. Claude Code in one terminal, Cursor in another window, Codex somewhere else. You lose track of which agent is working on what, which worktree, which session. Git conflicts everywhere. Team members asking “wait, which AI did what?”

So I built Agor – a spatial canvas for AI agent orchestration. Think Figma, but for coordinating AI coding agents. The twist? I built it in one month using Agor itself. An army of Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini agents, all collaborating in the same workspace, building the tool they were working in. Meta as hell.
