A four-year-old boy, identified as Amirali Fallah from Beyranshahr County in Lorestan Province, was killed in the explosion of unexploded ordnance left from the 12-day war between Israel and Iran. Nine other children and teenagers were also injured in the blast.

According to information received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, unexploded ordnance from the 12-day Israel–Iran war detonated on the evening of Tuesday, August 19, 2025, in the village of Razbashi, Beyranshahr County. The explosion claimed the life of four-year-old Amirali Fallah and left nine other minors injured.
