Decided to try posting weekly note every Sunday, because sometimes the things I want to write, doesn’t need to be a single post. Just a little experiment.
I’m excited because I finally found a way to write a custom training program for Qdomyos app that works with my Kingsmith walking pad. I try to exercise more starting this month, and I found out about IWT or Interval Walking Training. It’s low barrier enough for me to build consistency. We’ll see. Using Qdomyos, now my Kingsmith will automatically adjust its speed every 3 minutes, like IWT suggested.
Few days ago I also decided to mark all my RSS backlog as “read”. It was liberating. Nowadays I can just check my RSS once a day and read everything quickly. Before, I often feel like missing out when I found a good blog, and I feel that I need to read past posts so I can make a note on the good ones. Obviously, it never happened, and the backlog keep piling up. It’s time to let go of the past, and focus on the present.
This week I started to organize my digital files too. I have several OMV machines, a Synology NAS, as well as several unused PC. It’s time to consolidate. I haven’t decided what will go where, but a digital decluttering process is long due.
I finished reading “The Empire of the Vampire” by Jay Kristoff. What. a. book. For me, a 5/5. Bought the sequel, “The Empire of the Damned” and started reading it straight away.
This is getting long. Originally, I thought of putting links to interesting articles as well, but after looking through the links I collected, none make it to the final screening.
Oh well.
Until next week!
