here i am, sat in front of my desk, my phone next to my arm as i am typing away on my laptop. eating a caprese salad i made (i wanted to eat with sourdough bread and burrata but no sourdough and burrata when i went grocery shopping yesterday) am i consciously counting my chews to 20? no, but i am trying to eat slowly and chew my food properly. it helps with digestion. apparently.

how many flash drives have i transferred pictures, screenshots, music, data, that god knows where they are now. that’s also another thing to think about, and write about.

where do lost things go?

are they stuck in one place for years, unmoving, collecting dust, and when someone finds it (most likely not the owner of whatever object is lost), assumes it’s trash and it’s forever gone and never reunites with the owner.

halfway through photos. moving them from my phone to a flash drive. i have an external drive, which has bigger storage, but will i whip out my external drive, my connector (because apple only uses type c), open tabs, make a folder, highlight, transfer....... no........ one day....... i might.........

but right now i’m just transferring everything on this flash drive. and let future me deal with everything later on.

everything being: multiple pictures of one subject and screenshots from multiple social media platforms that, mostly comments because they’re funny.

still halfway.......... this will probably take an hour to move everything.

all of this just so i can have space on my phone to fill up again :D
