  • Awful nights sleep. Drank caffeine too late which kept me up.
  • Owl hooting at intervals which kept my brain active in bed. Kept trying to "predict" when the next hoot was going to be.
  • Got a bit irritated at the above. But then thought like why am I being angry at nature? That seems like a game that you're going to lose. What's even my stake in all this? Just let it be
  • Went climbing. Picked everyone up. Had a lot of fun. Didn't complain about being tired because I don't like it when people do that. Enjoyed everyones company. We got some lunch afterwards. Had a burger. The calorie deficit has been bombed here.
  • Afterwards you're completely wiped. Was climbing from 10 and got home at 3 so it's a pretty full day.
