Good evening or こんばんは, I hope you’re enduring in the faith today. I woke up this morning and got straight to some Wi-Fi to update my Gospel page. I made it more succinct, and I added the example of marriage to the Gospel path to edify. I also added a link to a website some saints have built up. Thousands of teachings, preachings, audio explanations, etc. to help you seek the truth in God’s word. I also removed my resource page, and fine-tuned the rest of my site to be a little more streamlined. I don’t want to focus on the fluff, but just getting the edification out there for my neighbors. I then worked my part-time job most of the day, and now I’m sitting in my van, and I just ate some honeycomb! おいしい! 甘い (a-ma-i, sweet)! Really puts the verses about honeycombs in perspective :)

“My son, eat thou honey, because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet to thy taste: So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off.” (Proverbs 24:13-14, KJV)

Sitting in fast food places for Wi-Fi, I notice a lot of poor parenting going on. Kids allowed to scream whenever they want, jump on the chairs, run around, crawl, cry, etc. and the parents let them. On the other side of the spectrum, the parents have their kids in front of a screen while they eat to keep them quiet. When the kids get older, I’ve seen teens, youth, yelling in the restaurants, pushing each other, running around, throwing out expletives left and right. They come in, some even break stuff thinking it’s funny. I’ve seen men and women my age, acting rowdy, hyper, unable to control themselves, talking like children, throwing things, etc. Sometimes I wonder what kind of world I’m living in, and what kind of world is coming. The Lord said it’ll only get worse, and especially in wicked countries like America, the next generations will slide further and further downhill in more sexual perversion, foolishness, and hatred. It’s a stream that’s flowing fast, but anyone at anytime can choose to stop, turn around, and by the power of God’s Spirit, overcome this world which is heading to destruction. But, so few seek eternal life, so few believe on the Lord Jesus and repent to new life in his Spirit, even fewer in these last days. Seek the truth before it’s too late.

“Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.” (Hebrews 12:9-10, KJV)

“Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.” (John 12:35, KJV)

I discovered a new phrase in Japanese today. 我慢する (ga-ma-n su-ru, to patiently bear). I think the Lord put the word endurance on my heart today, so I looked up the equivalent in Japanese. Sometimes being out in Satan’s world can weigh on a person. Hearing perverse conversations, being around constant foolishness, seeing the promotion of vain things non-stop, people mocking God, etc. It’s a good reminder, we’re called to patiently endure in the faith, continuing in good works regardless of this world or it’s trials. The Lord has promised to help his saints overcome the world, will he not perform it?

“And the LORD said unto Moses, Is the LORD’S hand waxed short? thou shalt see now whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not.” (Numbers 11:23, KJV)

“And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.” (Mark 11:22, KJV)

Tomorrow after my work I want to write out my testimony and get that squared away on the site. I want to make sure I include necessary details, and glorify God throughout. Then I’ll start on some other studies I have planned, and of course I’ll share any updates along the way. Continue to pray for me, as I continue to pray for all of those seeking the truth.
