Ingredients

• 6 cups of unsalted cocktail peanuts
• 6 tablespoons of lime juice
• 3.25 tablespoons of chili powder
• 1 tablespoon of Milpas Pico de Gallo seasoning
• 4 teaspoons of kosher salt
• 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon

Steps

1. Position racks in the upper and lower thirds of your oven and preheat it to 250℉
2. Whisk everything except the peanuts in a large bowl
3. Add all peanuts to the large bowl, and toss to coat
4. Divide the coated peanuts between two large, rimmed baking sheets
5. Bake them for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes
6. Let them cool completely
