Practical tips for imperfect agency work.

I was recently walking through some work I did for a web agency, and I ended up demonstrating some tools and services I use to try and look smart.

I’m not afraid of looking dull, and I finally welcome mistakes as part of the process, but I want to find and fix my blunders quickly. Accepting mistakes is one thing, but expecting others to notice or live with them is apathetic and unprofessional when it’s in my power to do better.

I want to make new and exciting mistakes, not repeat old ones.

If your work is motivated by caring for people, you already look for ways to support what they do and most of this would occur to you naturally if it hasn’t already.
