I have a secret that I wish someone had shared with me sooner, my week does not come to an end on Tuesday — it ends on Sunday. Or, to put it another way… on the Sundays that I do not utilize.
Do you recognize those Sundays?
- You get up after a long sleep.
- You convince yourself that you need some time off (which is actually true).
- You scroll, then eat, then scroll again.
- And then all of a sudden it’s 7:15 PM, and you feel that sinking feeling in your stomach — the “oh no, I am not at all prepared for Monday” fear.

I have a secret that I wish someone had shared with me sooner, my week does not come to an end on Tuesday — it ends on Sunday. Or, to put it another way… on the Sundays that I do not utilize.
Do you recognize those Sundays?
- You get up after a long sleep.
- You convince yourself that you need some time off (which is actually true).
- You scroll, then eat, then scroll again.
- And then all of a sudden it’s 7:15 PM, and you feel that sinking feeling in your stomach — the “oh no, I am not at all prepared for Monday” fear.
This was my routine for many years. Every Monday, I would ask myself why it felt like I was starting a marathon without shoes.
Then I started using these seven extremely easy Sunday habits — nothing extravagant, nothing “Pinterest-perfect,” just little, manageable things I could repeat without tiring myself out.
And to be honest? My week did not become “productive” 10x more or “optimized” 10x more.
It only became 10x more convenient. Because that is what most of us desire: a life that weighs less on us.
