Alongside its four on-site arenas, Stone Techno Festival will introduce a fifth stage within Zollverein’s Kokerei (cokery); according to a press release, the new stage will be designed as a "circular amphitheater", catering to "deep listening and sensory awareness" to offer a "slow" alternative to the raucous sonics of its other stages.
Following stage takeovers from London’s FOLD, Brussels’ FUSE, Madrid’s Laster, and more last year, Stone Techno Festival’s 2026 edition will see The Third Room launch its Curation Series, with six artists set to curate stages.

Coming alongside the release of a “12-inch limited edition vinyl, Gigi FM, Oscar Mulero, D.Dan, Verraco, Freddy K, and Alarico will each host a 12-hour slot at one of Stone Techno Festival’s stages across the festival’s three-day span.
Alongside improvements to the festival’s lighting and sound for 2026, Stone Techno Festival will also be adding a new bar to its site. During the festival, attendees will be able to visit a pop-up vinyl store from Rotterdam’s Clone Records.
