The naira continued its strong appreciation against the dollar at the official exchange market on Friday, ending the week and month on a positive note. Data from the Central Bank of Nigeria showed that the naira further strengthened to N1,421.73 per dollar on Friday, up from N1,436.97 traded on Thursday.This indicates that the naira gained N15.24 against the dollar on a day-to-day basis.
