Turkish police have detained a total of 62 people over suspected links to a fraud ring of fortune tellers and self-proclaimed mediums, state news agency Anadolu reported on Wednesday. The group is accused of scamming and blackmailing clients online, wrote Anadolu. Police seized phones, SIM cards, laptops, and large amounts of digital material in raids across 29 cities and provinces, it added. Local daily Sabah said the group targeted hundreds of victims.
