Andrea Berta, already planning Arsenal’s future, has identified a striker he could target for a move to the Emirates Stadium soon.

The Gunners brought in Viktor Gyokeres during the last transfer window, but Berta appears keen to add even more firepower for Mikel Arteta.

There is a special young talent that is already being considered as a future option for the forward line.

Berta is helping Mikel Arteta build an impressive squad at Arsenal, and it looks like they are nowhere near finished. Plans are in place to keep adding attacking options for the Spanish manager.

It is no surprise fans are getting behind the Italian director. Plenty of his new arrivals have made an immediate impact, pushing the team closer in their push for another Premier League title challenge.

Levante striker Karl Etta Eyong linked with a move to Arsenal

Arsenal are one of several top European clubs tracking Levante striker Karl Etta Eyong, as reported by Ben Jacobs.

The 22-year-old has also drawn attention from Manchester United, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Chelsea, all of whom have sent scouts to watch him in action.

Etta Eyong describes himself as a forward in the mould of Harry Kane, though others have drawn comparisons to Erling Haaland.

“I did an exclusive interview for GiveMeSport that aired this morning with Etta Eyong, who’s a Cameroon international,” Jacobs began by saying on The United Stand.

“He’s only 22 years of age and a lot of people are calling him the next Haaland, although he told me he’s more similar in profile he believes to Harry Kane.

“He’s got six La Liga goals, one for Valencia, five for Levante and three assists. And only Kylian Mbappe this season in La Liga has had more goal contributions.

“Manchester United, Barcelona, Real Madrid, even Arsenal and Chelsea have looked at the player, and there’s going to be a whole lot of hype when his release clause kicks in in the summer.”

Berta’s interest makes sense considering recent injury issues for Gabriel Jesus, Kai Havertz and Gyokeres.

Karl Etta Eyong is having an incredible season in Spain

Etta Eyong’s performance in La Liga this season has been outstanding. Only Kylian Mbappé has recorded more combined goals and assists so far.

The 22-year-old has scored six times and provided three assists in just 11 appearances for Levante, quickly establishing himself as a key player for the newly promoted side.

Etta Eyong moved to Levante from Villarreal over the summer and signed a deal valid until June 2029.

Now, the Yellow Submarine might be truly regretting that decision given his form this year.
