When looking forward, disruption is always seen as the way to make big gains. But when you look back, large gains often come from a lot of small changes.

Sometimes, we spend so much time looking for the next big thing that we actually miss something even bigger. I have to admit I was guilty of this while employed by a large EDA company 20 years ago.
