I use a NETGEAR WAX 202 router running OpenWrt as my wireless access point. Unlike my router (MikroTik hAP ac3 running MikroTik’s RouterOS), it does not update automatically (I configured a script for the router after having previously upgraded it the old-fashioned way). I forgot about AP updates for some time. After remembering, I installed the latest OpenWrt on my WAX 202 on Thursday night through LuCI. The AP did not reconnect on its own.
