GP20 Hopper

Granulator Unit
The GP20 granulator is a highly efficient unit designed to grind plastic waste into uniform flakes. Equipped with a 3-blade rotor and a 3.5mm filter screen, it ensures that the granulated material is of the optimal size for filament production.
The precision-engineered blades guarantee consistent particle size, making the material perfect for further processing or direct reuse in the Filament Maker.

Shredder Unit
The shredder is expertly engineered for precision and efficiency, making it an essential tool for recycling a wide range of thermoplastic materials. It is equipped with swappable blades featuring different tooth configurations, allowing for efficient and effective cutting of plastics in various sizes.
With a total of 14 blades, the shredder offers a combination of 2, 3, and 7 teeth blades, enabling users to customize the setup to meet specific shredding requirements, ensuring optimal performance for each material type.

GP20 Trolley
The trolley offers a convenient and mobile solution for transporting both the shredder and granulator units. Featuring durable wheels and a sturdy frame, it allows for effortless movement within your workspace, providing flexibility and ease of use during operation.

GP20 Motor
Both units are powered by two motors, each delivering 750 watts, for a combined total of 1500 watts.
