I’ve been eating carnivore for about 2 years now. And the latest improvement I’ve seen is this...I’ve experienced a significant uptick in walking speed. I may have been doing this for a while, but I really started noticing it about 6 weeks ago. The upshot is that I just move around more quickly and briskly.

The interesting thing is that for me, anyway, it appears to be independent of exercise. I haven’t been exercising more - as a matter of fact, I may actually be exercising less. I’m not sure that my aerobic fitness is any better. It’s just that, for whatever reason, my natural walking speed is faster now.
