I’ve been eating carnivore for about 2 years now. And the latest improvement I’ve seen is this...I’ve experienced a significant uptick in walking speed. I may have been doing this for a while, but I really started noticing it about 6 weeks ago. The upshot is that I just move around more quickly and briskly.

Then I remembered something that I’d read a while back, which is that...walking speed seems to be highly corelated to longevity. You can find a lot of articles on it, here’s a representative one - https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/walking-speed-survival/. I hope this is true!

The interesting thing is that for me, anyway, it appears to be independent of exercise. I haven’t been exercising…
