The evening begins with raw Thai wagyu beef salad with wild basil leaves, followed by Phetchabun tamarind and French Landes foie gras and chicken wing, southern Thai blue crab curry, Klong Phai free-range chicken curry with rice noodles and southern braised beef cheek in green curry paste and choo chee sea bass.

The gastronomic journey culminates with the royal dessert – kanom koh mapraw orn (steamed glutinous rice dumplings filled with sweet shredded coconut bathed in candle-scented coconut cream).
The fee is 5,000 baht inclusive of exclusive wine pairing. All proceeds will be donated to Operation Smile and the Mercy Centre Klong Toey, under the Marriott Worldwide Business Council Thailand’s “Road To Give” initiative.
