Please join the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs for a conversation with Dmytro Kuleba, Senior Fellow and Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. He will discuss topics such as prospects for American weapons sales to Ukraine, a potential deal on drone technology between the United States and Ukraine, avenues for economic diplomacy, and the impact of the Trump-Putin relationship during the second Trump administration.

Dmytro Kuleba is a Ukrainian politician and diplomat who served as Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine from 2020 to 2024. Mr. Kuleba was one of the most visible and efficient members of President Volodymyr Zelensky’s team since the Russian invasion in Ukraine started. The youngest foreign affairs minister in Ukraine’s history, he led Ukraine’s diplomacy through its most challenging times during Russian aggression. He played a key role in building alliances, securing arms, imposing sanctions, advancing Ukraine’s EU and NATO bids, and expanding ties with Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

The seminar will be moderated by Belfer Center Director Meghan O’Sullivan, Jeane Kirkpatrick Professor of the Practice of International Affairs, Harvard Kennedy School.
