Day to day you’ll be answering support queries, making sure every order confirmation or shipping update goes out accurately and on time, and scheduling the occasional promotional blast without clogging inboxes or hurting deliverability. Because all messages sit on our own server, you should be comfortable working outside the usual Gmail or Outlook interfaces and know how to troubleshoot basic server-side quirks if they pop up. On the data side, I’ll lean on you to turn raw customer information into clear weekly reports—conversion rates, refund trends, campaign performance, the metrics that help us spot issues early and double-down on what works. Just as important, every record must stay secure and compliant with GDPR/CCPA standards, so an eye for privacy best practices is essential.
