I have been debating if its time to replace my 10 year ECM Synchronika and trying to see if there is something better out there but I think I am searching for a unicorn and was hoping you all could help me out. I mostly make 4-6 double espresso and milk drinks. I have wired my coffee area with 20amp 120v and L6-30 240v when I built my house. If money were no issue (well not really wanting a LM X so lets say < 10k?) I would love to find my unicorn.

The requirements:

• Single group
• DB (240v or 20amp 120v) flooded or e61 group head
• HX (240v or 20amp 120v) > 5L tank
• Chrome or Stainless steel look of the synchronika (wife approved)
• No fancy electronics as they can fail (looking at the sanremo you)

I have found a bunch of machines for the home:

• Rocket R Nine One (240v and staineless and DB)
• Sanremo You (240 and db but not stainless and quality issues)
• Dalai Corte Mina (not design my wife would like)

I am specifically looking for 240v as I am trying to balance my electrical loads, live in the country and we often lose power and trying not to put too much pressure on my genny. Plus general faster heat up times and easier to balance loads over both phases. Plus if I can plug into L6-30 then the 20amp can be used dedicated for grinder.

Seeing if I am missing any machines, I know there are commercial machines like Nuova Simonelli Appia but the design again is not wife approved.
