Yeah, I’m repeatedly tempted to go to an electric grinder. However, I’ll still choose brew quality over convenience.

I made some side by side comparison and the cup profile is very similar to the OE Pharos, I can’t make the difference between both. Compared to the Kinu m47, the Pietro Bi Modal (multi purpose) give a little less body and a bit more flavours separations. Keep in mind, the burr set maybe needs more seasoning to reach their peak performances, I have the coated burr and maybe 2kg have gone through it.
