It is in East Arkansas where it is a 10% chance, and it is a 20% chance adjacent to the Missouri Bootheel and the Mississippi River.

The big story is the very strong cold front that will pass through Saturday evening and bring a very strong northwest wind up to 25 mph with gusts over 30 mph. A Wind Advisory is likely for Saturday night through Sunday. The coldest air so far this season will come with this front. The first freeze for most of Arkansas is likely Monday morning.
