What is Yupp?
Yupp helps AI platforms improve their models by getting real-time feedback from users. Companies give Yupp access to their AI models to let users compare them. When users give feedback on which model gave the best answer to their query, companies then use the feedback to help improve.
It’s completely free to sign up and use. You don’t have to sign up for free trials from individual companies. You also don’t need an account outside of Yupp.
The downside is currently the site only allows you to sign up with your Google account. If you’d prefer not to use your main Google account, set up a secondary Google account that’s not tied to anything else.
It’s important to note that this isn’t a workaround for getting unlimited usage from premium AI tools. There are limits in place to prevent abuse.
Start With a Single Prompt
There isn’t some ultra complicated sign up process. Select your Google account, give permission for Yupp to access your email address, name, and profile pic, and you’re ready to get started.
The first screen asks you to enter a prompt. Enter anything you want. This includes text, image generation, outlines, etc.

The tool then analyzes your prompt to send it to the most relevant AI models. For instance, if you just want to create a weekly dinner plan, using video AI models is kind of pointless.
I started with the prompt “Explain how Yupp works to try AI models for free.” I got answers from OpenAI’s gpt-oss-120b and Qwen’s Qwen3 Next 80B A3B Instruct. The first gave me a clear guide to how the platform works. The second didn’t even recognize the site as existing.

Once you review the responses, click I prefer this under the response you like best. When you select one, provide some feedback. You can either stick with the default options or add your own details. Remember, the more feedback you give, the easier it is for companies to improve.

Get Rewards for Your Feedback
Where Yupp stands out from other sites that let you test out AI models is the reward system. Credits are used to buy chats or to cash out for a small monetary reward. You have to be fairly active for a while before the cash-out option becomes available.
When you provide feedback, you get rewarded with a scratch card. Either use your mouse or finger (depending on your device) to scratch the card and review your winnings.

Get More Relevant AI Models and Results
After your first prompt, you’re asked to fill out a short profile to help Yupp give you a more personalized experience. The fine print also says your chats may be shared with “third-party AI model providers.” That’s not surprising since that’s how the site works. Plus, if you use any of the AI models directly, your chats are also shared with the provider.
If you want more privacy, consider running AI models locally on your phone so the data never leaves your device.

Choose Your Own AI Models to Compare
The first prompt is a little misleading. It makes you think you have no control over which AI models you get to use. I wondered the same thing.
But, after the initial prompt and profile setup, you have access to over 800 AI models to compare. This includes free and premium models.
From the Yupp dashboard, click Choose models just below the prompt text box.

You’re free to choose one or more models. There are several ways to pick your models:
- Use the search box. Ideal if you know the name.
 - Filter by type, such as Pro, Max (more expensive), reasoning, images, fast, etc.
 - Pick one or more of the trending models.
 - Click View all to view AI providers and choose one of their models from the list.

You can only choose one model at a time. Click Add model to add more models. Click the **X **beside an added model to remove it.
You can also upload files or images to use with the models you choose.
If you’re not sure which models to start with, click the Leaderboard (crown) icon in the left sidebar to view what other users prefer. These are results from other human users.

Using Credits to Access AI Models
To limit usage to keep the service free, you use credits you’ve earned to pay for each chat. This is why it’s so important to provide feedback. Better feedback leads to better rewards, aka more credits.
Before you enter a prompt, choose between a Private or Public chat. Click the Lock icon in the prompt box to switch between the two. Public chats are visible to other users and cost half the amount. Private is selected by default.

In my tests, private chats cost around 100 credits. Follow-up prompts cost around 50 credits, though this can vary. In my experience, you typically earn back more credits than you spend. So, don’t forget the feedback.
If you scroll to the bottom of the responses, click Show more responses to view more responses from Yupp’s suggested models based on your prompt and profile. These additional responses cost around 50 credits and you get two at a time.

Click the Profile icon in the left sidebar to view your current credits.
If you’re on the fence about which AI models are worth paying for, or you just need them for the occasional prompt, try them completely free with Yupp. It’s an easy way to find your next favorite model without any complicated free trials.
