Buying condo, What am I missing?
I am almost decided to buy a condo in Thonglor area costing me 3.5m and already rented out for 18k until end of next year. Yield is not bad taking into account other fees. Net yield of above 5% is good. I want to keep it if I decide to come back next year to stay long term.
I hear a lot of feedback that buying is not a good option but I see this is not a bad deal. What am I missing?
I am very familiar with city and also Thai law plus I have a decent network to help me in case of any issues.
