Afternoon, friends! I’m a solo male traveller from the UK, in Thailand for 6 nights due to a visa run from Sri Lanka where I’ve spent the last seven years, and due to be married the next!
Flying to Bangkok on the 10th, and was eyeing up Pattaya as a nearby beach spot where I can get comfy somewhere and crack on with work.
Love nature, learning about cultures and generally experiencing a place for what it is, whilst being respectful to its inhabitants.
With the above in mind, am I barking up the wrong tree by hanging out in Pattaya?
Every forum I read seems to be filled with creepy blokes chatting about which bar to hunt women in - not my vibe, and not something I particularly want to be associated with either!
