Saw a man drown at Nai Harn 3 days ago. It looked pretty bad, man's face was blue when the lifeguards took him out of the water. They did CPR for a good 15min but I don't think he woke up. He got taken by the ambulance after that.

Today I asked the lifeguards if this poor man made it, they seemed very aggressive and refused to answer.

Is that offensive to ask?

If it's not in the news, does this mean that he likely survived against all odds?
