Being one of the big global city that taken various people, culture, and views from all around the world, Tokyo of course has some things that are out of the norms here and there, like restaurants, cafe, bars, etc.

What are the ones that you have encountered or visited here in Tokyo so far?

Some of the examples that I have encountered:

An Uzbek restaurant in around Nakano. Even the staff speaks Uzbek and it is frequented by fellow Uzbeks. Pretty interesting as Uzbek diaspora is generally not that prominent.

A bar in Shibuya that has a system/rule for both the staff and the customers to speak strictly in English, speak in Japanese and you get penalized. Kind of unusual.
