I have just finished this, read the last half all today. It is so clever; horrifying but witty and surreal. I’d only read NOS4A2 by Hill before and found the pacing very slow but this was perfect and ramped up deliciously towards the end. Well-rounded characters, a great setting and really good management of past and present. 4.75/5 👌
